PRIMERA GENERACIÓN DE POKÉMON

Este dibujo incluye los primeros 151 Pokémon. Espero que os guste.

-Tiempo estimado: En realidad no lo sé, pero lo empecé en Enero, así que al menos siete meses, dibujando a ratos, quizá 25-30 horas en total, sé que es bastante pero lo merece.

-Hecho con Wacom Table en Easy SAI Tool 95% y Photoshop CS4 5%

-Estimated time: I actually can't know. But I started it in January so, at last, it took me seven long months, drawing at intervals, maybe 25-30 hours in whole. I know, it's QUITE. But it deserves it.

"AL FIN. Empecé a dibujar esta especie de pirámide hace siete meses, quizá ocho, allá por Navidades. No puedo ni recordarlo con claridad porque ha sido DE LEJOS el dibujo que MÁS TIEMPO me ha llevado en toda mi vida. Empezó como una simple idea en mi cabeza, y gasté dos o tres días en esbozarlo a lápiz en papel... y después de eso, semana tras semana, mes tras mes, hasta hoy, 31 de Julio.

No puedo ni calcular las horas totales, ni las sesiones empleadas. Quizá un día estaba dibujando varias horas y luego me tiraba semanas o incluso meses sin tocarlo para nada. Pero he querido poner un fin a esto, y esta semana acabé las cosas que me quedaban y hoy ha sido el último día, el día para comprobarlo, para volver a verlo, buscar pequeños detalles que corregir. Supongo, o mejor dicho, SÉ que habrá muchas cosas que habrás quedado raras y son mejorables, pero estoy absolutamente satisfecho con el resultado final. TAN SATISFECHO como nunca había estado. El esfuerzo lo merece.

Quizá el hecho de acabar esto significa esa especie de "punto de inflexión en mi arte" que estaba persiguiendo desde hace tanto tiempo. Tampoco puedo entender eso ahora mismo, sólo puedo decir que esto es todo de momento.

Ojalá el dibujo reciva la apreciación que creo que se merece, no en una gran medida, sino simplemente como lo mejor de mi galería. En cualquier caso, la satisfación propia nadie me la puede quitar.
Finalmente, quiero agradecer a todos aquellos que me siguen y que me dan favs y dejan comentarios en estos dibujos. Sin vosotros, esto no podría ser posible, realmente lo aprecio.

"AT LAST. I started to draw this pyramidething seven months ago, maybe eight, at Christmas. I can even remember it clearly cause this has been BY FAR the drawing that has taken LONGER in all my life. It began as a simple idea in my mind, then it lasted two or three days to be sketched in a notebook... and after that, week after week, month after month, until today, 31st July 2011.
I can't calculate the total hours, nor the sessions. Maybe one day I drew for some hours and then I was some weeks or even months without touching it at all. But I wanted to put an end to this, and this week I completed the things that I have left, and today has been the last day, the day to check it, to oversee it, to look for minimal details, I suppouse, better said, I KNOW that there are many things that could look weird but I'm absolutely satisfied with the final result. SO SATISFIED as I haven't ever been. The effort deserves it.
Maybe the fact of finishing this means the breaking-in-my-art that I was following for so long. I can't understand that decision right now. I can only say that this is all by the moment.
I wish the drawing could receive the appreciation that I guess it deserves it, not to a large degree, but only as the top of my gallery. In anyway, the own-satisfation can be taken off me.
Finally, I want to thank all those who follow my art and who give my favs and leave their comments in these drawings. Without you, this could not be possible. I really estimate it.
